Therapy Discoveries offers Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy services in several areas of North Carolina.  At Therapy Discoveries, we believe that every patient is unique and will develop at his or her own pace.  Our therapists and therapy assistants spend time nurturing each patient's strengths, improving areas of deficit and increasing independence in everyday tasks, through one on one therapy sessions and home exercise programs.
